Charcuteries italiennes de qualité proposée par des producteurs passionnés, légumes grillés marinés à l’huile d’olive et fines herbes, mozzarella de bufflone, gressins et olives farcies seront réunis sur une planche généreuse pour 21€ par personne. Le tout sera accompagné d’un verre de Lambrusco, frais et pétillant.

Le lambrusco : une alternative pétillante pour une soirée italienne

Lassés par le traditionnel rosé ? Le lambrusco est un vin pétillant produit dans le nord de l’Italie, dans la région de Modène. Avec ses arômes de fruits prononcés, ses bulles légères et son faible taux d’alcool, c’est un vin idéal à déguster à l’apéritif.
Le Lambrusco se compose exclusivement du cépage dont il porte le nom. Une fois vendangés, les grains de raisin sont placés en cuve pour y fermenter. La particularité de ce vin italien se cache au cœur de cette étape : les viticulteurs n’attendent pas que la totalité du sucre se transforme en alcool pour mettre le Lambrusco en bouteille. Une fois enfermés, ces sucres résiduels provoquent une deuxième fermentation, qui donne naissance à de fines bulles. On obtient ainsi un vin naturellement doux.
